1.  I don't have a password to access the site.

Initial access to the site does not require a password. Users access The Development Platform by clicking on the unique URL in their survey invitation email. Upon connecting to TDP the first time via the unique URL, the user will be taken to the registration page and prompted to create a password. If you are not taken to the registration page on your first visit to TDP, please see FAQ #3 below.

2.  I can't remember my password.

You can log on to TDP two ways: 1) by clicking on the unique URL in your survey invitation, which bypasses the need for a password or 2) by visiting TheDevelopmentPlatform.com and entering your email address and the password you originally created. If you have your survey invitation email with the unique link, click on the link and you will be taken to the Task List Portal. Select "Review Profile" on the menu bar and you will be able to change your password. If you no longer have access to your unique URL, please contact TDP support using the link below for help. Your unique URL will be sent to you again.

3.  I can't log on to the site.

Be sure your organisation's IT department has enabled access to The Development Platform.

You can also try the following:

Close all browser windows before clicking on the unique URL in your survey invitation.

If the link in your survey invitation is not live or does not take you to the survey registration page the first time you visit the site, you should copy and paste the entire unique URL into the address bar of your browser (or try copy/pasting into a different browser if possible).

4.  I'm having connectivity problems.

This can be caused by a variety of factors. Please discuss the problem with your network administrator. Remember, you must have full internet access to reach the survey site; please confirm permissions with your network administrator.

5.  My name and/or details are incorrect.

You can correct or edit your information by selecting "Review Profile" on the menu bar of the Task List Portal screen on the survey platform. You will be taken to the Task List Portal after you have created a password on your initial visit to TDP and each time you visit TDP thereafter.
